Hello. My name is Marlene aka Morena, the creator of Brown Girl Butters & Stuff…I was given the name by the lovely people of Mexico where I have lived for the past year. Actually I was named “Chica Morena”, which I accepted with pride. With that I decided to translate it to English and my brand name was born.
I started making my butters for my children. 2 of them had eczema and nothing helped clear it. I experimented on my poor kids, mixing different blends at home and VOILA! I discovered the remedy and the eczema cleared. I started researching natural remedies for other skin and hair issues and now I am proud to say I have an excellent handmade product to present to you.
